Thank you for choosing ADHVITIYA | The Acquisition Company for your digital marketing needs. We strive to provide excellent service and results to our clients. Please read our Cancellations and Refunds Policy carefully.

1. Project Commencement

  • Projects begin only after the client acknowledges the invoice and makes a non-refundable advance payment of 40%. This advance secures your project timeline and covers research, planning, and design efforts.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances as outlined in the agreed offer or contract.
  • Clients may be eligible for a refund only if we fail to meet the mutually agreed performance indicators or deliverables, as defined in the scope of work.

3. Result-Based Refunds

  • ADHVITIYA is committed to achieving the deliverables promised in writing.
  • If these results are not met, clients may request a refund in writing, stating the unmet KPIs, within 15 days of the completion or deadline.
  • Each request will be reviewed within 30 days to determine refund eligibility.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • The 40% advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Services that involve third-party tools, ad spends, domain purchases, hosting, or platform subscriptions are also non-refundable.
  • Any custom development, content writing, design, or ads strategy work done up to the point of cancellation is billable.

5. Mid-Project Cancellation

  • If the client cancels the project after commencement:
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Any work completed will be billed at the agreed-upon rate.
  • Project files, creatives, or credentials will be released only upon full payment of the agreed amount.

6. Project Abandonment

  • If the client is unresponsive for 20 or more consecutive days without prior communication:
  • The project will be considered abandoned.
  • The advance will be forfeited.
  • Restarting the project will require a new agreement and fresh payment.

7. Final Payment & Late Fee

  • The remaining 60% balance is due within 10 days of project completion.
  • If delayed beyond 10 days, a 5% late fee per day will be charged on the outstanding amount.

8. Suspension & Re-initiation

  • If final payment is not cleared within 20 days, the project will be suspended.
  • All work and access to deliverables will be paused.
  • To resume, a new contract and fresh full payment will be required. Past dues will not be adjusted or credited.

9. Termination of Services

  • Clients may terminate services at any time.
  • However, refunds will be issued only if the conditions outlined in the contract are met.
  • All work completed until the point of termination will be billed accordingly.

10. Force Majeure

  • ADHVITIYA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental actions, or server outages beyond our control.

11. Changes to Services

  • We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service offering with or without prior notice. Any ongoing projects will be honoured as per the original agreement.
